The following public deliverables are available or planned within the MEDViEW project:
Deliverables are key outputs produced throughout the MEDViEW project as part of its Horizon Europe work plan. They include reports, methodologies, tools, training materials, digital resources, and other results developed within the project’s work packages.
Once completed, deliverables are submitted to the European Commission in accordance with the Grant Agreement. Public deliverables are made available on this page to share MEDViEW’s progress, results, and resources with stakeholders, interested organisations, and the wider public.
Some deliverables are confidential and cannot be published. The public deliverables listed below will be uploaded as soon as they are available. Please note that some documents may still be pending formal approval by the European Commission.

D2.1 - Stakeholder Mapping & Engagement Strategy

This deliverable presents MEDViEW’s stakeholder engagement strategy and provides the foundation for building the MEDViEW Community (MEDCOMM). It identifies and maps relevant stakeholder groups across research, healthcare, policy, industry, civil society and citizens, and defines how they will be engaged throughout the project. The strategy includes practical tools such as the MEDViEW Stakeholder Database, Power-Influence Matrix, stakeholder personas, Engagement Strategy Framework and Engagement Roadmap, ensuring that outreach is targeted, inclusive and aligned with the project’s engagement KPIs.
D2.2 Partnership Framework

This deliverable sets out the collaboration principles, governance rules and shared methodology that guide cooperation within the MEDViEW consortium and the wider MEDCOMM community. The Partnership Framework establishes a common vision, shared language and agreed terminology to support ethical, inclusive and effective co-creation between citizens, patients, practitioners, researchers, SMEs, policymakers and other stakeholders. It also addresses key operational aspects such as roles and responsibilities, decision-making, conflict resolution, data management, privacy, intellectual property rights and long-term sustainability.
D3.1 Engagement through Learning Methodology Report

This deliverable establishes the methodological foundation for MEDViEW’s knowledge generation and capacity-building activities. It identifies existing knowledge, methodologies and best practices in well-being research and knowledge valorisation, and integrates them into a coherent methodological toolset. Through a state-of-the-art review, gap analysis and synthesis of best practices, the report supports the design of future training activities and ensures that MEDViEW’s learning approach is evidence-based, stakeholder-oriented and aligned with the ERA Policy Agenda on Knowledge Valorisation.
D3.2 Capacity Building Program Materials

This deliverable presents the design of the MEDViEW Capacity Building Program, building on the methodology developed in D3.1. It provides a practical framework for structuring training modules, mapping learning materials to stakeholder needs, and developing coherent learning pathways across the project’s thematic domains. The deliverable supports the implementation of future training activities by combining existing and upcoming materials on knowledge valorisation, co-creation, stakeholder engagement, policy integration, open innovation and research-to-practice translation.
